Today, TSG is one of the top recovery podcasts, with millions of downloads across multiple continents. I’d like to recommend Jean McCarthy’s The Bubble Hour as a wonderful podcast for anyone who may still be adjusting to the sober lifestyle. I find it very reassuring in my ongoing recovery journey when I listen to the conversations Jean has with her guests. One of my favorite recent episodes features life coach Lori Massicot.

The podcast helps listeners not feel ashamed about the fact that they have an addiction. That Sober Guy is one of the greatest sobriety podcasts because it includes interviews both with non-famous people and with famous people, such as athletes, musicians, pastors, and others. They share their stories of transitioning from addiction and substance abuse to a life of sobriety and health.
